Morel Mushrooms or Shroons...whatever you call them they're delicious!
Either you love them or hate them, but if you live in Michigan, you can't help hearing about them this time of year. I LOVE them and a shout out to my brother Kail and my nephew Heath for finding these the other day. I enjoy "hunting" for them, but I just as readily enjoy having them "hunted" for me. Nice big white ones, and a few darks...Delectable!
